Last week, we asked you a bunch of questions in the Future Home Personality Quiz to help you determine which type of home you are best suited for. Count your answers and get ready to move in to your new home!
Mostly A's: APARTMENT
You’ll live in an apartment in the city. You don’t mind the lack of space because you’ll be enjoying all that city life has to offer. You’ll have a cool job, and one of your BFFs will be your roommate. After a while, you’ll get used to the 5-story walk-up, as you zip around the city on the subway, and spend evenings taking in a show, dinner, and gelato. But save your pennies because city living can be expensive. Look out New York or London – here you come!
Mostly B's: HOUSEBOAT
All aboard! Your home will be on a fabulous houseboat. A floating oasis, you’ll have the best of both worlds because you’ll get to enjoy your house while traveling to different cities. It might be hard to make friends because you’ll always be leaving for the next port, but adventure awaits at every turn. You love to take advantage of all the fresh seafood, and enjoy swimming and water sports along the way.
Mostly C's: IGLOO
Your home sweet home will be an igloo in the far north! One of the oldest homes around, the Inuit of the Artic have been living in igloos for over 4,000 years. A basic structure has a sleeping area which is raised from the ground, and a cooking and eating area, and long tunnel which is the entrance (built narrow to keep wind out). You love the cold weather and outdoor activity. And the good news is you don’t need a freezer to keep your ice cream from melting.
Mostly D's: CABIN
You’ll live in a cabin in the woods. You love nature and the outdoors, and will find your perfect home in a cozy, little log cabin. You’ll have one main room for cooking, eating, and entertaining, and a bedroom loft for sleeping. You’ll have lots of critters to keep you company, and you will rustle up a warm fire in your fireplace when the nights get cold. You’ll hunt and gather berries during the daytime. You can’t stand crowds or big cities, and are perfectly content with the simple things in life.
Mostly E's: HOUSE
You’ll live in a house in the suburbs. Some might say this is boring, but you say this is just right. You enjoy hanging out with friends in your room and basement, backyard BBQ’s, and fresh baked cookies from mom after school. You hit the mall or sports field for entertainment, and like the community feel of your town. You like to explore new places, as long as at the end of the day, you can return to your home sweet home.
