Brotherband Chronicles #2: The Invaders by John Flanagan

There is, possibly, one way to stop the great chaos serpent Apophis, but it is so difficult that it might cost Carter and Sadie their lives, if it even works at all. It involves trusting the ghost of a psychotic magician not to betray them, or worse, kill them. They’d have to be crazy to try. Well, call them crazy, and get ready for the final book in The Kane Chronicles.

Sisters Grimm #9: The Council of Mirrors by Michael Buckley

Can I just say . . .LOVE this series! Additional note: FINAL VOLUME! In the last book of the twisted fairy tale series, the Sisters Grimm (descendants of the famous Brothers Grimm) face off against the Master to decide the fate of Ferryport Landing . . . and the world. Sure to satisfy.

Grooming Update: Dec 31st Mike groomed the foloiwlng trails; Kane, Skyhigh, Hills Homestead, Matthews Loops, Chute, Raven’s Ridge, Vale and Menzies. Awesome Mike, thanks for keeping us all in good shape! There are lots of positive comments from skiers and we want to focus on these however ..an increased number of snowshoers are using the ski trails and messing up the trails causing rough sking and extra grooming. Please note that snow shoeing is not permitted on the trails, there are some links to some snow shoe trails in Kane Valley, you can find the links on our site and you can see the flagging tape too. Please encourage snow shoers to use these excellent trails so we can all enjoy playing outside with optimal conditions for all. Thank you all for supporting our non profit club! We encourage you all to buy a membership, or pay as you go and drop money in the box. Happy New Year and good health to one and all! Kate

I can’t wait to read the False Prince, I finally found a book that I might like, thats not Star Wars. Every time we go to the library, my mom says, get something other than Star Wars!LOL I think its going to be good! I also can’t wait for the last Artemis Fowl book! Although I’m sad that the series is ending, such a wonderful series. The 7th book was the best so far!
