You all know Reed Alexander from iCarly, but did you also know he recently lost 15 pounds, and now has his own website about food and nutrition called KewlBites? Scholastic News Kid Reporter Grace McManus talked to him about his weight loss, and how you can motivate yourself to live a healthier lifestyle too.

1) its healty to eat a certain amount of fats
2) its good to eat carbs but only a small amount
3)six mini meals are better
4) you do not need to work out every day but a few times a week would definitely help you out.
5)Yes you definitely need to get at least 7-8 hours of slleep every night.
6) No not all fast food is evil

1. Some fats are good, have some!
2. Carbs are good for a boost of energy (I need that for cheer).
3. Six mini meals. I do that to stay thin.
4. You can, but you don't have to. Know your limits.
5. Yes! You need that or you can get sick and gain weight.
6. No. But I never eat fast food.
