Book Club: Trackers
Hi! Welcome to THE STACKS Book Club where every month we all read the same book together. Here's how it works. This month's book is: actually a series. Trackers #1 and Trackers #2: Shantorian by Patrick Carman.
Why I chose this book: In the first Trackers book, four kids become entangled in a high stakes, high-tech cat and mouse game with the world's most dangerous hacker. In book #2, out this month, they have to find out if they're tracking down a hacker, or being hunted themselves. It sounds like a really cool, action packed thrill ride! This video got me hooked.
Question to Discuss: Who is this hacker person, and why is he interested in these 4 kids? What would you do if you were one of these kids and you were being watched by this creepy hacker dude?

Wow this is so cool. I have played some spy games with my friends and we are really good at it. I actually have this spy gadget that looks like a iPod but is acutally a video camera, microphone and what I called a code hacker. It is pretty cool once you think about it.

The books look really good, but they remind me SO MUCH of the 39 Clues! Especially at the and when it says, "trust no one!" also, they have games and stuff!
it still looks like a good book, though a bit creepy!

I read the first book and it was amazing!
If I were one of the kids I would use Adam's gadgets to take that hacker down!
