Holiday Toys Trivia Answers

Questionmark_130 Last week, I posted some trivia on hot holiday toy crazes. Did guessing the answers drive YOU crazy? Or maybe you got 'em in a snap. Well never fear, because answers are here:

1. When it first came out in 1996, this furry red Sesame Street monster toy left kids tickled pink. . .  And toy store shelves empty. ANSWER: Tickle Me Elmo

2. Last year's biggest toys featured these robotic hamsters with names like Num Nums, Mr. Squiggles, and PipSqueak. ANSWER: Zhu Zhu Pets

3. These were a huge fad in the 1980s and featured dolls from a vegetable patch (not lettuce!). ANSWER: Cabbage Patch Kids

4. One of THIS year's popular toys, these strange looking creatures sing independently or together to create musical harmony. Sort of. ANSWER: Sing-A-Ma-Jigs

5. In 1999 this little yellow Japanese creature burst onto the scene. With video games, trading cards, TV shows, he soon became Nintendo’s pop culture icon. ANSWER: Pokemon/Pikachu

6. A hot topic item this year, this 'paper' guitar allows you to play real guitar chords and songs by touching the paper surface. ANSWER: Paper Jamz Guitar

My toy must have is mostly anything I like or see on TV!

I know this my mom took me out to buy my Christmas present and I wanted the Deathly Hallows on Wii and I got it!!! Yay! Plus my other must have is to get my Dad home... :(

i like to give out cookies and elmo would be good for little kids but for older kids like 6th grade and up i think it would be better to get them cell phones xboxes wii or ipods
