My Top FIVE Wolf Books
Let's talk wolves. And books. Specifically books about wolves. No, not of the were- variety. I don't want anything to do with the full moon and wolves that are people 29 days out of the month (at least not on this list). Today I'm only talking about dogs' wild cousins. The only thing making it on this list are my top FIVE books featuring wolves.
1. Julie of the Wolves by Jean Craighead George
(This is the book that made me love wolves.)
2. The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs! by A. Wolf as told to Jon Scieszka, illustrated by Lane Smith
(So funny!)
3. The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling
(You probably remember the bear, Baloo, from the movie, but Mowgli is actually raised by a wolf family.)
4. The Wolves in the Walls by Neil Gaiman, illustrated by Dave McKean
(Anything living in the walls of your house is super scary!)
5. Wolves of the Beyond #1: Lone Wolf by Kathryn Lasky
(Okay, so I haven't actually read this one yet, since it comes out on Dec. 29. But it takes place in the same world as Guardians of Ga'hoole, so it's for sure awesome.)
And that's my list! Have you read any of them? Agree? Disagree? Leave your thoughts and lists in the comments.

My favourite book series of all time (yes, over the Hunger Games AND Harry Potter) is Chronicles of Ancient Darkness by Michelle Paver where all the books have a guy who can talk to wolves and a wolf called Wolf (LOL amazing name). :3
