Coraline Countdown: Going 3-D!

Posted by at 7:30 pm in Book to Big Screen | Permalink

Coraline_130Last week we gave you the scoop on the Coraline video game, and every day this week we’re going behind-the-scenes to get ready for the release of Coraline the movie, based on the book by Neil Gaiman, this Friday (2/6).

Today I bring you this fun fact: Coraline is going to be released as a regular movie and in 3-D! And it’s the first stop-motion animation 3-D movie ever made.

You can get the 3-D scoop straight from the source as author Neil Gaiman, director Henry Selick, and stars Teri Hatcher and Dakota Fanning talk about it in Coraline in the Higher Dimensions.
